Rental Terms
Rental Charges: All rates are for a 2 day period except tents
30 x 30 and under, which are per day of use.
Delivery Charges: Orders of $50.00 or more have a $30.00
delivery charge, except those orders which include a
tent, where the charge will be waived. Orders under
$50.00 will have a delivery charge of $45.00. If delivery
is outside local area, an additional charge will be
quoted in advance. Tables, chairs, etc…are
delivered door-to-door. Any additional charges
for long carry etc… will be quoted.
Standard Set-up / Take – Down Charges: All items include set-up,
take-down and delivery, except for tables and chairs.
Fees for table and chair set-up are as follows:
Tables $.50 up, $.50 down
Chairs $.20 up, $.20 down
Deposit and Payment
Customers renting items will be sent a rental agreement
when order is placed, which must be signedand returned
with deposit to confirm reservation.
Deposits as follows:
Orders from $0.00 – 249.00 $ 50.00 dep.
Orders from $250.00 – 499.00 $ 100.00 dep.
Orders from $500.00 – 999.00 $ 250.00 dep.
Orders from $1000.00 – 2499.00 $ 500.00 dep.
Orders from $2500.00 - 4999.00 $1000.00 dep.
Orders from $5000.00 – 7500.00 $2000.00 dep.
Orders from $7500.00- up TBD.
· Deposits are applied to final balance.
Payment is to be made at time of set-up/delivery,
by cash, check, or credit card:



Cancellation / Loss-Damage
Deposit is refundable if order is cancelled 14daysprior to
the delivery date. Responsibility for all equipment remains
with the customer from the time of delivery until
the time of pick-up. Any damage due to vandalism,
mis-use or theft will be charged to the customer.
Damage due to weather, storms, or other
“acts of God” will be waived.
Note: Inventory changes on demand, please ask if you do not find
items of interest on current rental list.
