Find out what exactly you're paying for beforehand

For those of you who choose Rain or Shine Tent Rental as your preferred event decor rental service, rest assured knowing that you'll receive a rental agreement when you place an order. Don't forget the fact that this document must be signed and returned with the deposit amount to confirm your reservation.

This deposit amount will be applied to your final balance. Please note that the entire order amount can be paid at the time of setup or delivery by cash, check, or money order. Contact our friendly staff for more details on deposits or payments.

Our cancellation policy

You get a full refund of the deposit amount if you choose to cancel your order 14 days prior to the delivery date. Please remember that you'll be held responsible for any loss or damage to any of the items that you rent from us in case of vandalism, misuse, or theft and you'll be charged for any losses incurred as a result.

However, damage due to uncontrollable natural forces like weather effects, storms, etc. will be waived. Do check out our rental terms to learn the best way that you can handle our rented items.
